Morning News Brief

Terms of Use

Last updated 5 October 2026

1. Who we are

Morning News Brief (“the service”) is a product of Frontier Mission (“we”, “us”). Contact us at admin@frontiermission.org.

2. Acceptance

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. What the service provides

The service publishes a daily news briefing as audio and video, generated from public news and weather information. Episodes are published on YouTube.

4. Information, not advice

The briefing is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or investment advice.

5. AI-generated content and accuracy

Briefings are written and narrated automatically with AI tools, from public news feeds and weather information. We do not check every statement against its original source, and the scheduled run publishes without a human approval step. Briefings may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. Check the original reporting before relying on anything in a briefing.

6. Third-party content and services

Briefings refer to reporting by news publishers, which remains theirs. The service also relies on third-party services, including YouTube, Google, OpenAI and Telegram. We do not control those services, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

7. Intellectual property

The presentation of the briefing, including its structure, design and video graphics, belongs to Frontier Mission. Rights in third-party news content remain with their owners. Do not present a briefing as an official statement by any news publisher.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or interfere with it.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. A scheduled episode may be late, skipped or changed, including when a third-party service is unavailable.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Frontier Mission is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
